Director of Marketing

We’re looking for a Director of Marketing to take full ownership of our marketing function and lead it into its next phase.

You’ll define the vision, drive execution, and shape how marketing contributes to business growth. This role comes with real ownership, from evolving our ways of working to strengthening how we show up in the market.

You will own and lead the entire marketing function, including a team of ~15 people, covering:

  • PR

  • Brand and positioning

  • Content and distribution

  • Events and partner activations

  • Design, video, and social media

In this role, you’ll:

  • Give the marketing team clear priorities and focus

  • Make sure marketing activity is well planned and aligned with launches and relevant industry events

  • Develop and coach the marketing team, setting clear expectations and ways of working

  • Challenge existing ways of working where needed, without breaking what already works

  • Build a culture of focus and ownership within the team

This role requires balancing two things at the same time: keeping delivery strong while driving meaningful change.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in a senior marketing leadership role (Director of Marketing, Head of Marketing, CMO or similar)

  • Academic background in marketing or a similar field

  • Background in iGaming (supplier experience is a strong plus)

  • A proven track record of delivering results in similar roles

  • Strong decision-making ability and confidence to drive change

  • High execution capability: you get things done

Nice to have

  • Agency background (used to pitching and driving ideas end-to-end)

  • Hands-on experience across brand, events, social, PR, and communications
