Poker Enthusiast!

Do you have a strong understanding of poker and enjoy working close to live operations?

We are looking for a Poker Specialist to join Relax Gaming and take an important operational role in supporting our poker platform. This is a hands-on position where you will be involved in incident handling, issue investigation, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvements across our poker operations.

The role requires flexibility, including evenings and occasional non-standard hours, as online poker runs around the clock.

In this role, you will:

• Act as a key operational point of contact for poker-related matters

• Monitor, manage, and communicate incidents in a structured and timely manner

• Assess, reproduce, and report bugs through internal ticketing systems

• Follow up on incidents to ensure proper resolution and documentation

• Collaborate closely with Poker Operations Managers, QA, and Fraud Prevention

• Support QA and testing processes when needed

• Educate and support partner teams on poker-related topics

• Contribute to process improvements to enhance platform stability and efficiency

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of poker (formats, rules, player behavior, edge cases)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)

• Structured, detail-oriented way of working

• Ability to stay calm and focused in time-sensitive situations

• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings

Nice to have

• Experience from the iGaming industry

• Experience using AI tools or automation in daily work

• Familiarity with databases such as SQL or MongoDB

• Previous exposure to QA or testing environments
