Our Office Team plays a key role in making Relax Gaming a fantastic place to work. We’re looking for someone proactive, organized, and hands-on, someone who takes pride in creating an environment where people can thrive.   

As our Office Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for all office-related matters. You’ll coordinate administrative procedures, maintain a safe and efficient workspace, and proactively solve issues before they escalate.   This is a role for someone who enjoys variety, ownership, and making a visible impact. It requires resilience, structure, and a solution-focused mindset, especially when things get busy.  

This is a fully onsite role based in our Malta office. In addition to managing Malta, you will remotely oversee the day-to-day operations of our smaller offices in Gibraltar and the Isle of Man, ensuring consistency and high standards across locations.   

Key Responsibilities: 

• Own and manage daily office operations in Malta   

• Oversee remote coordination for Gibraltar and the Isle of Man   

• Manage the office budget and vendor contracts, ensuring cost efficiency and service quality   

• Manage supplier and service provider relationships (building management, maintenance, cleaning, etc.)   

• Ensure Health & Safety compliance   

• Maintain office compliance with ISO27001 requirements   

• Partner with HR and Marketing to prepare for new starters (equipment, workstations, welcome materials)   

• Support visitors and maintain professional meeting spaces   

• Organize internal and external office events in collaboration with the local event team 

• Keep the office well-stocked, organized, and running efficiently   

We believe you are:  

• Based in Malta with a permanent work permit   

• Experienced in Office Management or a similar role (not entry-level)   

• Highly organized and detail-oriented   

• Proactively and confidently managing multiple priorities   

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, open office environment   

• Strong communicator in English   

• Hands-on, practical, and solution-driven   

• Positive, resilient, and people-focused
