We are looking for an HR Business Partner to work closely with managers and leadership teams across the business as a trusted and pragmatic people partner.
This role is suited for someone with solid HRBP experience who is comfortable operating independently, advising leaders, and balancing day-to-day people support with longer-term organizational capability building.
The role combines hands-on HR Business Partnering with strategic responsibility for talent development, succession planning, and performance management.

Coach and support managers in leadership, people management, and employee matters
Lead and manage employee cases in line with legislation and best practice
Deliver core employee lifecycle activities (e.g. engagement surveys and follow-ups)
Use people data and insights to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities
Handle relevant HR administration
Alongside your departmental responsibilities, you will take a broader role in shaping and driving key people capabilities across the organization:
Lead or significantly contribute to talent development initiatives and career planning
Drive succession planning for critical roles
Strengthen performance management practices (goal setting, feedback, reviews, performance improvement)
Support managers in applying consistent and effective performance processes
Contribute to frameworks, tools, and processes within talent, succession, and performance
Use people data and insights to identify capability gaps and evaluate development initiatives
We believe that you have
2-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or similar business facing HR role
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
Hands-on experience within talent development, succession planning, and/or performance management
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices (multi-jurisdictional experience is an advantage)
Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
Strong analytical skills and confidence working with people's data
We are looking for someone who is
Comfortable working independently, both strategically and hands-on in a dynamic environment
Confident and credible when working with managers and leaders, advising and challenging when needed
Structured, pragmatic, and solutions-oriented
Curious and thoughtful with data, using insights to inform decisions and spot patterns
Comfortable balancing operational demands with longer-term capabilities
Genuinely interested in people, teams, and building a strong, sustainable organization
