Are you detail-oriented, analytically sharp, and passionate about maintaining the highest standards of compliance and integrity? We are looking for a Due Diligence Coordinator to join our growing team and play a key role in safeguarding Relax Gaming’s business through thorough risk assessments, customer due diligence, and ongoing monitoring.

In this role, you will operate at the intersection of compliance, risk, and operational excellence, ensuring that our partners and third parties meet both regulatory and internal standards while supporting the business in a proactive and solution-oriented way.

What you’ll be doing

As our Due Diligence Coordinator, you will:

• Conduct CDD, EDD, and KYC checks across customers, prospects, and third parties

• Perform structured risk assessments and in-depth OSINT investigations

• Carry out ongoing monitoring in line with defined review cycles

• Execute ad-hoc reviews to ensure documentation, licences, director details, and records remain accurate and up to date

• Escalate and clearly report unsatisfactory due diligence findings

• Maintain and manage internal group due diligence processes

• Coordinate due diligence requests with external stakeholders

• Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entries across internal systems

• Support go-live reviews, termination processes, and compliance-related JIRA workflows

• Monitor regulatory updates, including licence suspensions, sanctions, and adverse media

• Assist regulatory audit and compliance teams with ad-hoc reviews and investigations

• Contribute to team projects and continuous improvements within the compliance framework

What we’re looking for

You are someone who:

• Has a sharp eye for detail and takes pride in accuracy

• Brings solid experience in Due Diligence, including CDD and EDD

• Is comfortable conducting independent, in-depth OSINT investigations

• Can balance multiple priorities and deadlines without losing structure

• Communicates clearly and confidently in English, both written and verbal

• Enjoys working both independently and as part of a collaborative compliance team

Experience: 2+ years in a relevant Due Diligence or Compliance role

Nice to have:

• Experience within the iGaming industry

• Familiarity with Confluence and/or JIRA
