We’re looking for a Creative Merchandise Manager to take full ownership of Relax Gaming’s physical merchandise across products, events, and internal initiatives. This role combines creativity, brand guardianship, production expertise, and project management, with end-to-end responsibility from idea generation to on-site execution.

You will work cross-functionally with the internal teams in Design and Commercial activities, and also with external suppliers to create high-quality, on-brand merchandise that makes an impact, both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative, out-of-the-box merchandise concepts to support games, products, events, and internal initiatives

• Ensure all merchandise is fully aligned with brand guidelines and produced to the highest quality standards

• Monitor market, design, and merchandise trends to keep Relax Gaming ahead of the competition

• Collaborate closely with the internal Design team on concepts, artwork, and production-ready assets

• Manage end-to-end merchandise projects, ensuring timely delivery and execution

• Build, maintain, and manage a global supplier network

• Own the full merchandise lifecycle: ideation, alignment, design, production, logistics, and distribution

• Lead supplier negotiations, including pricing, MOQs, lead times, and quality requirements

• Manage budgets and ensure cost efficiency without compromising brand or quality

• Partner with Commercial team to support campaigns and high-impact merchandise strategies

• Support on-site execution at events, conferences, and distribution activities

• Assist with a variety of event- and merchandise-related projects as needed

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in merchandise management, production, or branded marketing assets

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and production workflows

• Solid knowledge of branding best practices and visual consistency across physical products

• Relevant technical understanding of marketing deliverables and promotional materials

• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, using tools such as Asana, Jira, or Trello

• Hands-on experience sourcing suppliers globally, including negotiating MOQs, pricing, and lead times

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally

• A proactive, structured, and ownership-driven mindset

• A collaborative team player with strong attention to detail

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

• Experience within gaming, entertainment, lifestyle, or consumer brands

• Experience supporting events, conferences, or on-site activations
