Senior Game Product Owner
(Slot Games – Experienced)

Do you want to be close to the action in creating the next generation of high-quality, high-performing casino games? We’re looking for our new Game Product Owner with deep slot game knowledge to join our team and lead the creation of innovative, standout titles under the Relax Gaming brand.

In this role, you won’t just guide a roadmap, you’ll shape the game itself. From the initial idea to market release, you’ll take full ownership of your product. You’ll be responsible for crafting game concepts, defining mechanics, and leading a cross-functional team of artists, developers, and animators to bring it to life. This is not your typical project-management PO role. We’re looking for someone who is hands-on, product-focused, and deeply embedded in the world of slot game development, someone who understands how mechanics, math, and visuals work together to drive a world-class player experience.

In this role you will:

• Own and drive the creation of unique slot games from concept to launch
• Develop innovative mechanics and product features based on player insights, market trends, and performance data
• Lead cross-functional teams throughout the development process and ensuring quality, consistency, and clarity at every stage
• Collaborate closely with mathematicians, designers, developers, artists, compliance, BI, and commercial teams
• Research and understand target markets, competitors, and player preferences
• Define and prioritize feature requirements for internal and external studios
• Provide clear feedback throughout the production lifecycle and maintain creative alignment
• Partner with Key Account Managers and Marketing to ensure successful rollout and positioning
• Present and pitch your games both internally and externally with confidence and clarity
• Use data and insights to iterate, improve, and optimize player journeys

We want someone who lives and breathes slot games and who brings:

• Proven experience as a Game Product Owner or Game Designer in the iGaming industry
• A solid track record of creating and launching successful slot titles
• Strong grasp of slot mechanics, player psychology, math models, volatility, and gameplay balancing
• Deep understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends
• Ability to think creatively and strategically at the same time
• Excellent communication and leadership skills (you inspire, align, and drive your team)
• A hands-on approach with strong attention to detail
• Fluent written and spoken English
  

Bonus points if you have:

• 5+ years in a similar role with top-performing games to show for it
• Experience mentoring or leading other designers or POs
• Background in working with jackpot systems, bonus engines, or unique features
• Experience working in international, distributed teams
• A portfolio of slot titles where you’ve had a key product role
